HP-85 ROM Emulator

by bkotaska@[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Bill) Dec 10, 2003 at 09:18 AM

I am working on a ROM emulator for the HP-85. It would be equivalent
to the existing (and very hard to find) Programmable ROM Module. I am
in the progress of drawing the schematic for the existing module (thanks
to Vassilis Prevelakis for his excellent quality photographs) but have
hit a snag. Some of the PC board traces are not visible on the top side
of the board. I have been able to deduce most of these but there are
some with just too much ambiguity to "pin" down. Does anyone out there
have an 82929a that they would be willing to ring out for me? I have
around 10 to 20 paths that need defining. Some of these may be obvious
from a closer visual scrutiny of the actual module.
