When i try to start internet explorer. I receive a rundll message
telling me that the specified module (a dll file) cannot be found.
IE opens with a start page named "aboutblank" followed by spyware
popups.
Changing the start page preference in IE has no effect.
I've run registry, anti spyware and antivirus utilities, and nothing
picks this bug up.
Also I've been unable to locate a dll online with the name given
(se.dll)
