Dear all,
Since several weeks I try to find an unit "Part-of-Speech tagger" for my
Delphi program.
I found a program named "GoTagger" in delphi but It impossible to
contact the owner.
Is someone know where can I find this kind of unit ?
(For the moment I need only english language processing)
I can buy this unit to someone because it's for a commercial product.
