Below is a copy of an email I sent to Umart regarding some components I
intend to buy for my new system.
Further below is their reply, which didn't seem to answer any of the
questions I asked (well, all but one)
It seems they might be reluctant to detail freight & other costs prior to
purchase?
I find it really annoying to have asked seemingly simple questions to get
such a lame reponse!
Has anyone got any positive or negative dealings with Umart they care to
share with me before I spend almost $3k with them?
(BTW, any comments on the system?)

Does the freight charge include insurance?
Do you offer a build/assembly service for the components I intend to buy,

I am after the Intel E8400 CPU which seems out of stock in your shop, can
you provide an accurate
time for delivery, or are you able to transfer one from another of your
shops to complete this order?
