Converting DL585 G1 to SAS

Has anyone here converted a DL585 G1 to SAS?   I see a part number 
379090-B21 to convert the backplane to SAS, but does this include the new 
drive cage as well?   Am I going to need any other part number(s) to 
complete the conversion?
