Tricky Batchcode

I want to rename all files in a folder 1,4,5,6,7,8 etc.  The first file 
is renamed 1.jpg and the next one 4.jpg, 5.jpg and so on.  number 2 and 
number 3 is missing..
how can a write this batchcode
