copy on of the worksheets from excel file to txt or csv file

Hello;

I need your help for the following issue:

copy one of the worksheets embedded in the excel file to txt or csv
file.

Example:
I have an excel file with the following worksheets:
Locations_list; Equipments_List; Interfaces_List & VCs_List.

Target copy only the worksheet "Equipments_List" to csv or txt file
using batch script.
