I would like to know if there is a script available for eggdrops that
would allow certain members of a given irc channel the ability to
complain about a given user and after a certain number or complaints
the troublesome user would be kicked/kicked & banned.
Obviously the users in the channel wouldn't be a channel OP but rather
channel friends ( +f ) so not everyone would be able to get someone
kicked or banned. Only the trusted users could get someone kicked or
banned but other users should be allowed to make a !complaint against
offending users and kept in a log for later review. The bot should
log the complaint as well as having the bot collect the needed
information about the offending user so action can be taken by the
channel owners after review of the log file.
I wish i would write such a script but I know next to nothing about
scripting.
