I have a VPS at a good Canadian data center I use for backup and
testing. I can also use it to give out some free shell accounts to
students who promise not to abuse it.
To qualify, first get a free email account at:

And once you have that, then use it to tell me why you want a free
shell account. I will ignore any requests that are not sent from an
isp2dial.com email account.
NO BANDWIDTH HOGS! I only get 50GB per month on that server.
NO DISK HOGS! I only have 3GB disk on that server.
NO STUPID PEOPLE!
If you do anything stupid with it, or if I decide I just don't like
you, I will kick you off. I am root.
The server runs Debian etch. I will install additional packages, at
your request (within reason).
