Their customer service dept. are useless as well. I thought Virgin
prided themselves on good customer service. They take weeks to reply to
emails and then just tell you to get stuffed. I will definately try to
avoid using them for broadband when I upgrade.

24/seven is a joke. Their email service has been down for 2 days now --
yesterday it was because of "unexpected problems", but today it's because
of
an "upgrade". As if they planned it ages ago.
I used to rate this ISP quite highly, but I'll be ditching them as soon as
possible now. Can anyone recommend an alternative?
