I had a btinternet account about five years ago, then went to virgin net,
now back with btinternet this time on broadband. I couldn't use my old
email
address because they said it was in use.......I made a slight change and
have been using this email address for ~ 20 months, every so often I loose
the email server and I have run around phoning up bt to get it
re-established. They can't say why this happens, I think there is duff
info
on the account details because they mumble something about pay-as-you-go
and
it seems nobody wants to change it. I also get this annoying automated
link
to yahoo, but can't log in because the email address is not recognised.
