Hello
I have an IDE to USB cable. I tried one laptop hard drive. Plugged it into
my
desktop USB ****t. In my computer , it recognizes it as drive E & also
shows
up in the
device manager. 30 Gb To****ba
But when I put the 60 Gb To****ba it does not recognize the drive in my
computer or the device manager.
Both drives work well in the laptop itself. I was able to format the
drives
& install Win XP Home.
I recently trashed some drives because they did not show up in my computer
,
so now I'm wondering if they were actually defective hard drives.
Anyone have a solution or have a similar problem.
