Is your computer running slow? Does it have a virus or
spyware? Do you need help installing software or getting the
software you have to run correctly? I can help: I can get
your system running in tip-top shape and have it working as
fast as (or faster) than the day you brought it home. As I
work I welcome you to watch me and to ask questions - I am
happy to help you become self-sufficient. I am located in
Prescott and happily travel to Prescott Valley, Chino Valley,
and surrounding areas.
Training
Do you want to make the most of your email and learn to best
work with attachments? How about getting images from your
camera to your computer - and then finding them, making them
look their best, emailing them, ordering professional prints,
putting them into a Word do***ent, or even posting them on
the web for friends and family to see. Those are all things
you can quickly learn to do. I also can teach more advanced
topics, from web design and development to Photoshop and
other professional software. I have been teaching in
individual, classroom, video, and business settings for 20
years and am happy to share my experience with you.
Special Needs
Are you inexperienced with computers (maybe from a generation
when they did not exist) or have specific challenges such as
limited sight, severe arthritis, cerebral palsy, or a
learning disorder? There are skills and technologies to help
people overcome almost any challenge. I am happy to work with
you and your specific needs.
